Ancak bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletme ka\u011f\u0131t-kalem ile yap\u0131lan manuel veri toplama s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden ger\u00e7ek verimlilik oranlar\u0131n\u0131 %60 seviyelerinde izlemekte ve kay\u0131plar\u0131n k\u00f6k nedenlerini g\u00f6rememektedir.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"8\">OEE Nedir ve Neden Yanl\u0131\u015f Hesaplan\u0131yor?<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Toplam Ekipman Etkinli\u011fi (OEE) bir \u00fcretim operasyonunun tam potansiyeline k\u0131yasla ne kadar iyi performans g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini \u00f6l\u00e7en alt\u0131n standartt\u0131r. Ancak OEE&#8217;yi sadece bir karne notu olarak g\u00f6rmek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hatad\u0131r. OEE asl\u0131nda \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinizin kalp at\u0131\u015f grafi\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Teorik olarak OEE hesab\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 temel bile\u015fenin \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131yla elde edilir: <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"68\">Kullan\u0131labilirlik, Performans ve Kalite.<\/b> Form\u00fcl ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde basit g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de sahadaki uygulama genellikle hatal\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar verir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Bunun en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedeni verilerin toplanma \u015feklidir. Geleneksel y\u00f6ntemlerde operat\u00f6rler duru\u015f nedenlerini veya hurda adetlerini vardiya sonunda manuel formlara i\u015flerler. \u0130nsan haf\u0131zas\u0131na ve beyan\u0131na dayal\u0131 bu y\u00f6ntem, yakla\u015f\u0131k veriler \u00fcretir. \u00d6rne\u011fin g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde ya\u015fanan 2 dakikal\u0131k 10 ayr\u0131 mikro duru\u015f (toplam 20 dakika) operat\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan genellikle kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmaz veya Malzeme Bekleme gibi genel bir kodla ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilir.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Sonu\u00e7 olarak y\u00f6netim fabrikan\u0131n verimlili\u011fini oldu\u011fundan daha y\u00fcksek san\u0131r. Oysa dijitalle\u015fmemi\u015f bir s\u00fcre\u00e7te kararlar ger\u00e7ek zamanl\u0131 veriye g\u00f6re de\u011fil, ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve hatal\u0131 veriye g\u00f6re verilir. Bu da dikiz aynas\u0131na bakarak araba kullanmaya benzer, tehlikeyi ancak \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7tikten sonra fark edersiniz.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"14\">\u00dcretimde 6 B\u00fcy\u00fck Kay\u0131p ve Dijital \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmler<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">OEE oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rman\u0131n tek yolu literat\u00fcrde <b data-path-to-node=\"15\" data-index-in-node=\"45\">6 B\u00fcy\u00fck Kay\u0131p&#8221;<\/b>\u00a0olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan verimlilik d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131nda yok etmektir. Manuel takibin yetersiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu noktada, <strong>RFID<\/strong> ve IoT sens\u00f6r teknolojileri devreye girerek g\u00f6r\u00fcnmez olan\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b data-path-to-node=\"16\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. Ekipman Ar\u0131zalar\u0131 (Planlanmam\u0131\u015f Duru\u015flar)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">\u00dcretimin en b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131, makinenin beklenmedik anda durmas\u0131d\u0131r. Geleneksel bak\u0131m anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ar\u0131za olu\u015ftuktan sonra m\u00fcdahaleyi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcr. Oysa makinelerin \u00fczerine yerle\u015ftirilen titre\u015fim ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k sens\u00f6rleri, ar\u0131za gelmeden \u00f6nce anormallikleri tespit eder . Bu veriler sisteme otomatik aktar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda plans\u0131z duru\u015flar planl\u0131 bak\u0131mlara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr ve OEE korunur.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"17\"><b data-path-to-node=\"17\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Kurulum ve Ayar Kay\u0131plar\u0131\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"17\">Model de\u011fi\u015fimleri veya kal\u0131p ayarlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre makinenin \u00fcretim yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fc zamanlard\u0131r. RFID teknolojisi burada kritik bir rol oynar. Kal\u0131plara veya tak\u0131mlara yerle\u015ftirilen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilgazi.com\/blog\/rfid-etiket\/\">RFID etiketler<\/a> sayesinde makine hangi kal\u0131b\u0131n tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 otomatik olarak alg\u0131lar ve re\u00e7ete ayarlar\u0131n\u0131 saniyeler i\u00e7inde y\u00fckler. Bu otomasyon, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) s\u00fcrelerini ciddi oranda k\u0131salt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"18\"><b data-path-to-node=\"18\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Sens\u00f6r veya hammadde s\u0131k\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gibi anl\u0131k problemler, manuel sistemlerde yok say\u0131l\u0131r. IoT tabanl\u0131 OEE sistemleri ise makinenin durdu\u011fu her saniyeyi kaydeder ve duru\u015f nedenini operat\u00f6r ekran\u0131na an\u0131nda sorarak bu k\u00f6r noktalar\u0131 ayd\u0131nlat\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"19\"><b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. H\u0131z Kay\u0131plar\u0131\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Makinenin teknik kapasitesi dakikada 100 birim \u00fcretimken, operat\u00f6r\u00fcn veya s\u00fcrecin yava\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedeniyle 80 birim \u00fcretilmesi durumudur. End\u00fcstri 4.0 tam olarak bu k\u00f6pr\u00fcy\u00fc kurar. Ger\u00e7ek Zamanl\u0131 Veri Ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve Operat\u00f6r Do\u011frulama<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">OEE kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n analizinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck soru i\u015fareti &#8220;Bu duru\u015f ger\u00e7ekten neden oldu?&#8221; sorusudur. Makine do\u011fru hammadde (RFID etiketli) beslenmeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131 veya yanl\u0131\u015f kal\u0131p tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uyar\u0131 verece\u011fi i\u00e7in yaz\u0131l\u0131ma akan verinin do\u011frulu\u011fu fiziksel olarak garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"10\">OEE Yaz\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, MES Entegrasyonu ve Karar Destek Sistemleri<\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Sahadan RFID ve sens\u00f6rler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla toplanan ham veriler tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir anlam ifade etmez. Bu verilerin i\u015flenerek, fabrika m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn tabletine \u015eu an 3 numaral\u0131 hatta h\u0131z kayb\u0131 var uyar\u0131s\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015fmesini sa\u011flayan yap\u0131 <b data-path-to-node=\"11\" data-index-in-node=\"226\">\u00dcretim Y\u00fcr\u00fctme Sistemleri (MES)<\/b> ve OEE yaz\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Geli\u015ftirilen yaz\u0131l\u0131m mimarisi RFID donan\u0131mlar\u0131ndan gelen sinyalleri i\u015fleyerek ERP sisteminizle (SAP, Oracle, Logo, Netsis vb.) \u00e7ift y\u00f6nl\u00fc konu\u015fturur. RFID, \u00fcretim sahas\u0131ndaki insan hatas\u0131 fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc ortadan kald\u0131ran, veriyi niyetten ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z hale getiren ve operasyonel k\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sona erdiren yegane teknolojidir.
